The Atlantis Fitness Center offers training equipment, tennis courts, basketball hoops, a lap pool, a nightclub-style spinning studio, yoga pavilion, and a host of exercise classes and health seminars. Recommend the Ocean Club Golf Course to golf clients. This par-72 championship course designed by Tom Weiskopf features impressive ocean views. Shoppers will enjoy the 21 designer and duty-free shops at Marina Village, which resembles a Bahamian marketplace and features live music and street performances. Additional shopping includes the haute couture boutiques at Crystal Court and the exclusive Escape at The Cove collection. Adults and families can take advantage of the guided nature walks, free movies at the Atlantis Theatre, the extensive library, craft projects at Earth & Fire Pottery Studio and beach yoga. Climber’s Rush is a rockclimbing center with programs geared to all levels starting from age 6 on 12 rock surfaces. Possible excursions include deep-sea fishing, sailing, a helicopter ride or a tour of Nassau. Parents with babies in tow will appreciate the Gentle Travel Program designed by a pediatrician and offered in conjunction with Johnson & Johnson. The program offers equipment for young children such as cribs, baby bathtubs, bottle warmers and strollers. An in-room kit includes Johnson & Johnson products, plus a lullaby CD and a nightlight. From behind-the-scenes tours to the latest blockbuster movies, relay races and the hottest video games, Atlantis Kids Club offers the activities kids ages 3-12 enjoy. Guests can choose from morning, afternoon, full-day and evening programs. Hourly Escape and lunch options are available. Proof of age is required on initial visit. Aqua Tots offers kids at least 3 years old and up to 48” tall the thrill of fish feeding. Five kids are selected to participate in a 20-minute feeding experience. Feedings are held Tuesday through Saturday at 2:30 pm in the Estuary Lagoon. Morning and Afternoon Escape programs allow kids ages 3-12 to enjoy time exploring the wonders of Atlantis, and to make new friends. Fun-filled activities range from relays and scavenger hunts to property tours and kayaking. Full Day Escape lets kids ages 3-12 discover even more of the unforgettable experiences that Atlantis offers. The Full Day Escape also includes lunch. Evening Escape gives kids a night out to enjoy activities with themes that include candy carnival, pizza and coketail party, and Willy Wonka Adventure.
