With so many options, your clients will seek your advice and will want advance reservations to lock in peak experiences. There are 21 restaurants at Atlantis covering all budgets and tastes, with outstanding fine-dining options. The acclaimed Nobu showcases Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s cutting-edge Japanese fare, plus a sushi bar and a sake cellar in a domed tower of bottles. Mesa Grill is Chef Bobby Flay’s first restaurant outside the U.S. He presents his signature fiery Southwestern creations in this beachside enclave. Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten prepares classic French cuisine at Café Martinique, incorporating many of the iconic elements from the original café featured in the 1965 James Bond movie, “Thunderball.” A mahogany staircase and Steinway piano highlight the redesigned, candlelit atmosphere. Casa D’Angelo presents award-winning Italian Chef Angelo Elia’s authentic, traditional dishes from Tuscany, including freshly made pasta. Spit-roasted prime rib and grilled cuts of meat are the popular specialties at Seafire Steakhouse. Bimini Road offers casual local cuisine Atlantis.com | usairwaysvacations.com and a fresh conch bar, with a Bahamian décor and live music on the deck. Casual fare is also featured at Carmine’s with family-style Italian food, and Johnny Rockets with hamburgers and malts. There are three buffet restaurants with a range of offerings and help-yourself convenience, and numerous express food outlets at the beach and poolside, such as Marina Pizzeria, Jamba Juice and Starbucks. After a memorable meal, your clients might enjoy the Atlantis Casino, the largest in the Caribbean, offering 100 table games and over 1,000 of the newest slot machines. Or they can hit the pulsing dance floor at Aura, the newest nightclub, while their kids do the same in Club Rush for teens and tweens. The Jokers Wild Comedy Club is another popular option. There are 19 bars and lounges, including martini bars, wine bars, Mojito bars, and romantic spots to savor a single-malt scotch or cognac. Complimentary movies in the theatre and moonlight walks along the beach are good possibilities too. Packaged dining plans offer excellent value to your clients and they earn you added commissions. Dining plans must be purchased prior to travel for the entire vacation stay and everyone sharing a room (adults and children) must be on the same plan. There are restrictions you’ll want to pass along to your clients in advance to ensure the dining experience meets their expectations. There are three dining plans. The Casual Dining Plan includes full breakfast in one of two restaurants and dinner at one of four restaurants. Clients opting to upgrade to the Gourmet Dining Plan can choose from among eight restaurants for breakfast and 13 restaurants for a four-course dinner. Guests staying at The Cove or The Reef can purchase the Cove/Reef Gourmet Dining Plan and add the Mesa Grill to dinner options. Children age 6 years old and under eat free with parents participating in a dining plan; the child’s dining plan is for ages 7 to 11.
