Interstate Hotels & Resorts will manage the EuroSuites luxury condo-hotel in the Doral area of Miami, Fla. The nearly completed, 368-suite property is being developed by Concalpro Group Corporation and will have its assets managed by EuroSuites Hospitality Group, both headed by Adel Wulff. Stonebridge Companies is managing the newly built 106-guestroom Las Vegas West Summerlin Hampton Inn & Suites for owner RLJ Development. Spirit Dance Hospitality will manage the new Teton Springs Lodge, a 115,000 square-foot condominium hotel opening in December at Teton Springs Resort in Victor, Idaho. Bloomington, Ill. THE MUMFORD CO. The Mumford Co. structured the $4-million sale of the Baymont Inn and Suites on behalf of Archistar Corp. to Skyways Hospitality LLC. The 103-room property will continue to maintain the existing franchise and will be managed by Skyways. OPENINGS AKA Dulles Station is a newly built extended-stay property in Herndon, Va. With 169 one- and two-bedroom suites, it is the largest property in the Korman Communities’ AKA portfolio. The 112-suite Staybridge Suites North Dallas-Plano (Texas) recently opened. The $11-million project is owned by Stay 190 Ltd. and operated by Aquila Management LLC. The hotel has an on-site exercise room with state-of-the-art equipment, an outdoor sport court, an indoor whirlpool, free wireless access and a home theater. InterContinental Hotels Group licensed two hotels to open in Southern California: The 417-room Crowne Plaza San Diego owned by Hanalei Associates LLC and managed by Multi-Ventures; and the 252room Crowne Plaza Fullerton, which is owned and managed by Huoyen International. The ﬁrst Courtyard property in Maine, the 92-room Courtyard By Marriott, Portland Airport opened in Southborough Park. It’s operated by Freeport, Maine-based Maine Course Hospitality Group.
