Best Western International announced the opening of the Best Western Butterﬁeld Inn in Hays, Kan. Owned by Jayhawk Hospitality LLC, the brandnew, nonsmoking hotel has 71 guestrooms. Corp. and managed by Hilton Management LLC, an afﬁliate of Hilton Hotels Corp. A new 110-room Fairﬁeld Inn & Suites by Marriott is open in Overland Park, Kan. The hotel is owned by Apple Eight Hospitality Management LLC and managed by True North Hotel Group. A 118-suite Residence Inn by Marriott opened in Hoover, Ala. A 162-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Oxon Hill, Md., is open. The Residence Inn National Harbor/Washington, D.C., is managed by Marriott International and owned by Integrated Capital LLC.
