Millions of people have bought the book and the documentary-style DVD and say it has profoundly changed their way of thinking. Even Oprah Winfrey and a panel of experts on her show gave it their seal of approval. SECRET’? GOD The Secret, written by Australian Rhonda Byrne, who discovered a 1911 book on positive thinking that changed her life, explains the Law of Attraction — that “like attracts like” in the universe. Byrne argues that if you think good thoughts, good things will be attracted to you. If you think negatively, bad things will be attracted to you. The universe is prepared at this moment to cater to H 6 your desire. If you want fast cars, big houses and great jobs, you just have to will it. If you need your disease healed, it’s all about visualization and happy thoughts. But not so, say many religious critics. Where is God in this equation?
