Exhibitor Education FREE WITH YOUR PAID EXHIBIT HALL ADMISSION General Information Please note: No one under the age of 15, including infants, are allowed on the show ﬂoor or admitted in classrooms. No roller bags are permitted on the show ﬂoor under any circumstances. Registration Information: Your registration fee allows you access to the IBS New York Exhibit Hall, all complimentary IBS classrooms and Main Stage. Hands-On Classes are priced separately. Please refer to the IBS Registration form for pricing. IBS New York is open to licensed professionals ONLY. The following is a list of acceptable credentials: • Cosmetology License • Other appropriate license(s) denoting one as a member in the professional beauty industry • Salon/Spa business license • Business Card • Letter from owner of salon/spa • W-2 Form • Invoice from professional beauty product distributor • Student ID • Cosmetology School Business or state license • Professional beauty association membership cards (i.e. NCA, CCA, TSA, ISPA, etc.) • Other professional beauty industry credentials Please note: Session attendance is limited. Sessions included with your registration are available on a ﬁrst-come, ﬁrst-served basis. Hands-On Classrooms are limited by the number of seats in the room. Anyone selling registrations or tickets, other than authorized personnel, will be apprehended and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Lost Ticket: If your ticket is lost, forgotten or stolen, you will be required to purchase another one. Location of Events: The Exhibits are located in Halls 3A-E on the third level of the Jacob Javits Convention Center. All education classrooms are located on the lower level and in 1E. Hands-On Classes are also on the lower level. Show Management Ofﬁce: The Show Management Ofﬁce is located in the registration area of the Javits Center. IBS Press Ofﬁce: Press representatives must check-in at the Press Ofﬁce. Press ofﬁce hours are as follows: Sunday, April 27: 9:00am – 6:00pm • Monday, April 28: 8:00am – 6:00pm • Tuesday, April 29: 8:00am – 5:00pm Business Center and Sundries Shop: Located on the Concourse Level of the Javits Center. Parking: There are parking garages located throughout the Javits Center vicinity. Shuttle Bus Service: Shuttle Buses run from the Javits Center to the show hotels every 15-20 minutes. Food Service: Food service is available in the Cafeteria Area located on Level 1. No Smoking Policy: Smoking in the building is prohibited by the Jacob Javits Convention Center. Unauthorized Solicitation: Solicitation on the premises of IBS New York and IECSC-New York by non-exhibiting personnel is strictly prohibited. Photography/Videotaping: No photography or videotaping of the IBS New York Exhibit or Education Program is allowed without permission from Show Management.
