Jennifer Fels is responsible for IMPAC Standards, oversees all survey decision making, and serves as an administrative surveyor. She works closely with the Advisory Board on development and oversight of the IMPAC Standards. With over 20 years experience in healthcare administration, she has developed an expertise in quality management and performance improvement in healthcare organizations, with state regulatory agencies, and with international businesses. Elizabeth Wennar-Rosenberg is currently a principal with Business Advancements, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in the planning and development of Medical Spas for health care providers. She has owned a spa for cosmetic rejuvenation and wellness. In addition to her background in nursing, Dr. Wennar-Rosenberg holds a degree in Business Administration, a MPH from Yale University’s School of Medicine Department of Epidemiology and Public Health and a doctorate from The Medical University of South Carolina.
