Appointed to his current position in June 2006, he is the No.1 guy at Nakheel, overseeing all operations and developments, and reporting directly to the company’s executive chairman, Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem. Mr. O’Donnell’s professional experience spans three decades in the property industry across a broad spectrum, including construction, project management, development management, funds management and asset management.
