Made up of one suite and four surrounding guest rooms, the Estate Lodge sits snugly on the eastern slope of the resort’s private valley—that translates to sweeping views of the fairways below and the forested hillsides. Cottage-like and exceptionally cozy, the one-bedroom Estate Suite shows off 1,485 square feet of indoor living space, and 655 additional square feet of outdoor space by way of French doors leading out to a terrace and a private trellised garden from both the living room and bedroom. The charming living room boasts one seating area in front of a wood-burning fireplace and another looking out to verdant outdoor vistas. Touches we say make the Estate Lodge especially family friendly include a dining area with a table big enough for 10, a writing desk for two and a covered outdoor dining table for 10. The marble-countered kitchen is outfitted with a microwave, warming drawers, a toaster, an espresso machine, a full-size fridge, a bar with a wine cooler and a large flat-screen TV. The king-bedded bedroom has a cozy sitting area and a wood-burning fireplace, plus a wet bar and big flat-screen TV. Decked out in marble, the master bath boasts a gardenview soaking tub for two, an oversized shower and heated floors. A special touch we love: There’s also an outdoor shower in the garden. Also comfy and inviting, Estate Guest Rooms, with king-size beds, comprise 820 square feet, including terraces. They feature lovely sitting areas with beautiful views, wood-burning fireplaces, a dining area (with a table for two) and a wet bar. Like those in the Estate Suite, Estate Guest Room bathrooms come with big-enough-for-two soaking tubs, oversized gardenview showers and heated floors. Guest rooms 91 and 93 connect to the suite for added living space.
