Most suites have floor-to-ceiling windows. Other features include two TVs and a CD and DVD player. The luxury master marble bathroom has a deep soaking tub, separate glass-enclosed shower and built-in plasma TV; a guest powder room is located off the living area. The one-bedroom superior suite is a roomy option for families or those who need space for business, entertaining or informal meetings. Most of these suites have beautiful views of the Vltava River and Prague Castle or the Charles Bridge and the Malá Strana neighborhood. Living area features a sofa, dining table, ottoman and desk with high-speed Internet access. Most superior suites also have a walk-in closet. A must is dining at the hotel’s Allegro restaurant, named the best restaurant in the Czech Republic for 2005 and 2006 by Zagat. The restaurant provides great views of the river and Prague Castle, and takes advantage of ample outdoor terrace seating in season. Lunch and dinner menus offer Italian, Mediterranean and classic Continental cuisine as well as Bohemian specialties, like pork roast and duck breast. We also do a walking trip that explores both Prague and Ceský Krumlov.” She advises travelers to take a good look at the architecture in the country. “Each building is more outstanding than the next.
