Thayer Lodging Group, a privately held real estate investment company with a portfolio of 14 hotels, recently promoted Haley Payne to the new position of director of wellness. Payne will focus on developing wellness ideas such as healthy menus, spa packages and environmentally safe products at each hotel. 5. Couples Resorts has named Andrea Conway director of marketing in its Miami headquarters. Conway will serve as a liaison between Couples and its primary tour operators and marketing partners.
