The industry is booming, with almost 100 million active spa-goers worldwide, according to a new global spa trend report unveiled at the International Spa Association’s (www. experienceispa.com) recent media event in New York City. Representatives from more than 25 spas were on hand at the annual event, where attendees (including Travel Agent) learned firsthand of the latest spa news and were treated to hands-on demonstrations and interactive presentations.
