He is a nationally recognized expert in ICR, forms processing and document automation and has published over 300 articles in various magazines and trade publications. He is also a practicing attorney who specializes in electronic discovery, regulatory compliance and intellectual property law. Jeff Willinger Jeff Willinger is the director of Social Computing and Intranets at Rightpoint, a digital marketing and technology consulting firm. With experience spanning more than two decades, he is a technology and business evangelist with deep expertise in information architecture, enterprise content management and Web 2.0 technology strategy. Mr. Willinger is an internationally recognized speaker and expert in Microsoft SharePoint and was recently named the top SharePoint influencer to watch in 2012. Steve Weissman Steve Weissman is the principal analyst of Holly Group and provides expert guidance and professional training on process and information management. He is a Certified Information Professional and is an accredited AIIM International instructor for the CIP, ECM and BPM designations. Before founding Holly Group, Mr. Weissman was a senior analyst at Insight Forums, where he built and marketed conferences and online communities for senior executives in financial services and healthcare. Natalya Yezhkova Natalya Yezhkova is a research director of the Storage Systems program within IDC, a global provider of market intelligence, advisory services and events. In this position, Ms. Yezhkova leads the forecast for the worldwide disk storage systems market and provides custom research and consulting services to IDC clients. Prior to joining IDC in 2003, Ms. Yezhkova was a business consultant and a project manager in the offshore software engineering industry. Alan Weintraub Alan Weintraub is a principal analyst at Forrester Research, where he helps clients define ECM strategies, identify organizational risks associated with ECM implementations and build ECM governance programs that ensure information integrity and project success. Ken Stewart Ken Stewart serves as the director of Channel Analysis for Photizo Group, a research and consulting firm in the imaging industry, and acts as a leading advocate of MPS channel research and consulting. He is the founder of the industry blog and has successfully navigated the technology and business landscape for over a decade, advising businesses on using technology process and people to overcome challenges. Bob Hirth Bob Hirth is executive vice president for Protiviti, a global business consulting and internal audit firm, and provides leadership, strategic direction and practice infrastructure support for Protiviti’s global Internal Audit and Financial Controls practice. Mr. Hirth was one of the founding managing directors of Protiviti and has also been a member of the firm’s global leadership team since its inception in 2002. Marilyn Bier Marilyn Bier is the executive director of ARMA International and oversees the development and implementation of all headquarter projects. She has been associated with the organization for 12 years. She previously served as deputy executive director and director of education/conferences for ARMA International. Ms. Bier has over 20 years of experience in postsecondary education in program development and also served as a professor.
