Arthur Gingrande is a partner of IMERGE Consulting in Lexington, MA, North America’s largest and most experienced team of experts in the ﬁelds of business process optimization and enterprise content management. He is a nationally recognized expert in ICR, forms processing and document automation and has published over 300 articles in various magazines and trade publications. He is also a practicing attorney who specializes in electronic discovery, regulatory compliance and intellectual property law.
Jeff Willinger is the director of Social Computing and Intranets at Rightpoint, a digital marketing and technology consulting ﬁrm. With experience spanning more than two decades, he is a technology and business evangelist with deep expertise in information architecture, enterprise content management and Web 2.0 technology strategy. Mr. Willinger is an internationally recognized speaker and expert in Microsoft SharePoint and was recently named the top SharePoint inﬂuencer to watch in 2012.
Steve Weissman is the principal analyst of Holly Group and provides expert guidance and professional training on process and information management. He is a Certiﬁed Information Professional and is an accredited AIIM International instructor for the CIP, ECM and BPM designations. Before founding Holly Group, Mr. Weissman was a senior analyst at Insight Forums, where he built and marketed conferences and online communities for senior executives in ﬁnancial services and healthcare.
Natalya Yezhkova is a research director of the Storage Systems program within IDC, a global provider of market intelligence, advisory services and events. Marilyn Bier is the executive director of ARMA International and oversees the development and implementation of all headquarter projects. She has been associated with the organization for 12 years. Ms. Bier has over 20 years of experience in postsecondary education in program development and also served as a professor. Her former employers include local colleges, several rehabilitation institutions as well as the State of Missouri. She obtained her CAE in 2010.
