The major benefit of the system is its ability to use lower cost paper than any other paper system. “Our customers have realized a 40% or greater reduction in material costs,” states Zsolt Toth. This system is the only system available that will run bogus, kraft or newsprint material. This versatility substantially reduces your packaging costs. The MightyPak dispenses paper at seven feet per second, the fastest in the industry. The system is approximately 25% faster than peanuts and other void fill systems. This increase in productivity has resulted in greater throughput and a reduction in the number of packaging lines. The adjustable dispensing system and the compact design allow for improved ergonomics and a minimal footprint on the packing line. The paper cushioning materials fully address sustainability and green initiatives. “In my 30 years of packaging experience, rarely does a system come along that provides so many clear advantages over existing methods,” notes Toth. Since inception, the MightyPak System is performing well in a broad range of applications. Customers have stated that the MightyPak System is “cleaner, faster, cheaper and provides a more earth-friendly packaging material.” ZSOLT TOTH President Zsolt Toth has designed and developed leading-edge material-handling equipment for more than 30 years. While working at Sealed Air Corporation, he designed a non-contact void-measurement system to determine the quantity of any type of void-fill material for containers filled with product to be shipped. He was a key member in establishing a new packaging department that developed a line of materialhandling equipment for Sealed Air, Instasheeter, Jiffy Packer, Accu-Cut and Rapid Fill systems. He left Sealed Air to start his own company, 21st Century Manufacturing, Inc. (21M). 21M manufactured equipment for Sealed Air and designed and developed its own line of material-handling and inspection equipment. Zsolt now focuses solely on new-product design and development. Zsolt holds numerous US and international patents for his designs.
