For an invigorating workout, Moira suggests incorporating light equipment into your routine: Foam Roller, Toning Balls, Mini Flex-Ball and Fitness Circle resistance ring. BEND & STRETCH [TARGETS ABS & LEGS] START: Place the Foam Roller lengthwise on mat. Lie down so that the head, spine and pelvis are supported. Keep your lower back flat, abdominals scooped in toward the spine, hands on the floor alongside Foam Roller, legs bent with heels together, knees open and feet flexed. ACTION: To prepare, inhale… ·Exhale — Straighten legs and point toes; keep feet turned out. ·Inhale — Bend knees; squeeze heels together. Complete five to eight repetitions. SIDE LEG LIFTS [TARGETS OUTER THIGHS] START: Lie on your side in a straight line with the head resting on the bottom arm. The Fitness Circle resistance ring is on the floor with both feet inside the circle. ACTION: To prepare, inhale… ·Exhale — Tighten abdominals, and press top ankle against Fitness Circle ring. ·Inhale — Release tension on the Fitness Circle ring.
