We can choose to be ambitious or lazy, create or imitate, be coach-able or have a large ego or inspire or attack. If you are not satisfied with where you are in your training career or life, begin by multiplying what you have. Even if you feel you have very little, you can choose to have confidence and let it build with each passing decision. You’ve heard millionaires speak of their meager beginnings, and it’s not likely they were any smarter than you — they simply chose to act differently.
