Upon registering, RIMS will verify your membership status to ensure that the correct registration fee is charged, regardless of the category that you have selected. For member pricing, membership dues must also be current and paid in full at the time of the conference. ChOOsE yOuR sEssiONs whEN yOu REGistER! Due to space restrictions, we request that you register in advance for sessions and special events that you wish to attend. Although session seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, confirming your selections in advance helps RIMS assign each session a size-appropriate room to accommodate all interested participants. You will be given an opportunity to select sessions when you receive your registration confirmation by e-mail. To register for sessions or change your session selections, please visit www.RIMS.org/ConferenceChanges. Login is required. Select the icon “Change Session Selections.” Please remember to save your selections or changes by clicking “Next” at the bottom of the screen. Registration Cancellation / Substitution / Change Policy Requests for cancellations, substitutions, refunds or registration downgrades (e.g., full-conference to a single day), must be made at www.RIMS.org/ConferenceChanges and submitted by March 20. Each request is subject to a $75 administrative fee, plus any additional fees due to differences in the member type (e.g., transferring a member registration to a non-member registration). Requests to substitute or transfer your registration after March 20 must be made in writing on corporate stationery and presented at the on-site attendee help desk. Qualified refunds will be issued 60 days following the conference. Please note: Requests made after March 20 will not receive a refund, credit or price adjustment. RIMS reserves the right to cancel this conference if conditions warrant. In the event of such a cancellation, registration fees will be refunded. However, RIMS is not responsible for any travel or lodging expenses incurred due to cancellation of the conference. If for any reason you must cancel your conference registration, please remember to cancel your housing arrangements separately. RIMS is not responsible for hotel no-show fees or any travel or lodging expenses. Badge Re-print A $30 non-refundable fee will be charged to re-print a badge, for any reason, including lost or stolen badges.
