The famous Passion Play is performed in Oberammergau, in Bavaria, Germany, only once every 10 years. It is a monumental effort, with more than 2,000 local citizens participating, on the world’s largest open-air stage. In addition to the play, travelers will visit the white-towered Neuschwanstein Castle, cruise on Lake Constance, spend time in the Bavarian capital of Munich, and more. Live Media + Performance Lab. The Curtis R. Priem Experimental Media and Performing Arts Center announces its first summer lab for interactive media in performance. The workshop offers intensive training and possibilities for experimentation with mixed reality and real-time architectures, programmable environments, interactive design, and the integration of time-based media into live performance and installation.
