The Division is partnering with Trostel Ltd. to develop a new Bob Gamache Memorial Educational Program, with the first courses available at the 2009 fall meeting in Pittsburgh. These plans are moving forward with actions from the Education & Publication Committee, Marketing Committee, Exhibits & Meeting Sites Committee and Membership Committee. One example is based upon the Membership Committee Business Plan recommendation; the Executive Committee recently approved changing Division membership from a calendar year to a rolling 12-month program. This change will allow members to join at any time during the year and retain their full membership over the next 12 months. Another example is the Education & Publication Committee recommendations to develop new on-line courses and webinar capability. Members can visit the Members Only Section of the web site to view the Strategic Plan and business plans for these committees. Look for future updates to be posted as business plan action items progress. 4 th http://www.rubber.org
