If your plant fails within 120 days of the ship date, you may choose to have a one-time plant replacement (if it is available from our inventory), a comparably priced plant selection, or a credit for the cost of the plants. In addition, any plant that fails to grow and flourish will be replaced absolutely free—for as long as you garden. No gardener wants to lose plants, including our own growers here at Santa Rosa Gardens. Sometimes, however, despite our best gardening efforts, plants can die. We cannot guarantee plant loss or damage caused by severe weather, animals, or neglect, or plants sent to areas beyond their listed hardiness zones. Non-Plant Items: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, return the item within 15 days for a store credit or refund. We require that returned items be in the same condition as you received them. If the item has been used and cannot be sold as new, we may have to charge a 20% restocking fee. All return credits and refunds exclude any delivery charges. If you need to return a non-plant item, please follow these steps to ensure proper credit: · Call Customer Service at 1-866-681-0856 prior to returning. · Pack the item (in the original packaging, if possible).
