Sjøtveit comes to Aker from Hydro, where he held a number of management positions. ENSCO International Incorporated, Dallas, Tex., has hired Mark Burns as the president of its ENSCO Offshore International company. Burns will be replacing the retiring Paul Mars. CMA CGM, Norfolk, Va., has promoted Jane Maramba to manager, Strategic Accounts. Lois K. Zabrocky has been named senior vice president of New York-based Overseas Shipholding Group (OSG). Wegrzn has been appointed senior vice president and general manager of Horizon LIne’s Puerto Rico Services division. Aker American Shipping ASA, Philadelphia, Pa., announced that Gregory J. Matecki has joined the comapany as its CFO. The Jacksonville Port Authority has appointed Michael B. Poole acting CFO. Poole will be responsible for all of JAXPORT’s accounting, financial, forecasting and financing functions. Matthew Rigdon has been named Manager, Sales and Marketing for Rigdon Marine, Houston, Tex.
