The MMS—the federal agency that manages the nation’s natural gas, oil and other mineral resources on the Outer Continental Shell (OCS)—also announced the appointment of Jon Hrobsky as a new Deputy Director. Ronnie Babin has been hired as national sales executive for OceanGrafix, St.Paul, Minn., the first company to offer print-on-demand nautical charts for recreational and commercial boaters. He will be responsible for all sales-related activities. As a result of business reorganization, chairman, president and CEO of Hori zon Lines, Charlotte, N.C., Charles G. (Chuck) Raymond appointed John Keenan president of Horizon Lines, LLC, and Brian Taylor as president of Horizon Logistics, LLC, a new, wholly owned Ronnie Babin OceanGrafix Robert Dullanty Art Anderson Robert Stromberg Port of Tacoma subsidiary of Horizon Lines, Inc., focused on integrated logistics services. Art Anderson Associates, Bremerton, Wash., has added Robert Dullanty, Scott Newbury, Daniel Green and Shan Zhao, to its team. Dullanty is a 20- year veteran in project management and structural engineering. Newbury is a marine engineer with a strong background in marine performance analysis; Graft is a drafter with knowledge in technical software and Zhao is a master’s student interning . The Port of Tacoma, Tacoma, Wash., has selected Robert Stromberg as senior program manager. He is responsible for leading the design and construction effort for new terminal development on the east side of the Blair Waterway. Before joining the Port, Stromberg provided consulting services as a senior associate with the Nielsen-Wurster Group, Seattle, Wash. RollDock B.V., Rotterdam, Netherlands, has appointed Eric Schmid as managing director to its new Houston office.
