This is even without taking into consideration the massive, ship-shaped 300,000 bbl-plus Articulated Tug Barges ordered by Crowley Maritime and OSG America. In late August, NASSCO began construction of its first product carrier ship for publicly listed U.S. Shipping Partners, Edison, N.J.
