Main propulsion machinery consists of four sets of dual fuel diesel engines and two propulsion motors driving a single propeller via a reduction gear. The main generators are driven by the dual fuel engines, capable of burning a combination of natural and forced boiloff gas or marine diesel oil. During loaded voyage, boil off gas is heated up and delivered to the dual fuel diesel engines as fuel gas by low duty compressors and boil off gas heater. Equipped with five Mark III membrane cargo tanks, the ship utilizes a reliquefaction plant to reliquify boil-off gas during loaded voyages so that there is no loss of LNG cargo.
