JASMINE at-a-glance Length, OA 285.4 m Beam 43.4 m Depth 26.0 m Tonnage (dwt) 84,930 t Cargo capacity 145,700 m3 Propulsion Steam Turbine LNG cargoes from Sakhalin in the Russian Far East. The vessel has a continuous upperdeck with aft sunken deck, a raked stem with bulbous bow, a bow thruster, a semi-balanced rudder and fixed pitch propeller. Main propulsion power is provided by a Kawasaki steam turbine. The four cargo tanks have a total capacity of 145,700 m3 capacity and are of GTT membrane type (GT No 96 E-2 system) and will keep the LNG cooled to -163 °C under the condition of maximum daily boil-off rate less than 0.15% of fully loaded cargo volume. Cargo handling systems use eight cargo pumps and four stripping/spray pumps. www.marinelog.com http://www.marinelog.com
