EMPLOYMENT RTA SUPERVISOR – TRACK Applicants must possess a high school diploma or (GED). Advanced degree is desirable. Minimum of 7 years of exp. maintaining, inspecting, & constructing track and associated structures for freight, commuter, passenger or rapid transit. 5 years of supervisory experience. Must demonstrate knowledge of: APTA, AREMA AND FRA Track Safety Standards; FRA Railroad Workplace Safety Standards; Operation & maintenance of on-track roadway maintenance machines; Renewing & restoring track under traffic; Developing & implementing a track maintenance plan/programs; Post derailment restoration of service; Track maintenance on an electrified railway. Must have the ability to read track drawings & construction prints. Must be able to demonstrate an ability to supervise & coordinate work crews & equipment in 24/7 environment.
