The Technical Service Engineer is responsible for identifying opportunities for continual product development, maintaining a high level of industry involvement and providing product technical support that strengthens the relationships between ERMS and our customers’ engineering and quality groups. Responsibilities will include specification writing, organizing field investigation and product development trials, and participating in industry technical meetings. The individual selected will have an engineering/technical degree (Metallurgical/Materials Engineering degree preferred), 10 years experience in a manufacturing-related business, and a working knowledge of root cause problem solving methods and basic statistics.
