The email address entered must match the email address in your member record. 3. An e-mail from jclement@arema.org (Director of Membership) with the subject line “Security Information for” will be received in your inbox. 4. The message will read similar to the following: Click on the link below to reset your password or to view your login. Your login will be displayed on the page for your reference. Note: If your e-mail program does not accept HTML, cut and paste the link into your web browser. Login – MEMBER Security Group – Active Member Exp. Date - 12/31/3000 5. Record the Login provided in your message because it will be entered in the User Name field when logging in to the AREMA website. For example, the Login/User Name above is MEMBER. 6. Click on the link Reset My Password. 7. Follow the instructions located on the top of the next window. 8. You will receive an error if: a. The first and last names entered do not match your member record exactly. b. The password is not entered exactly the same in the New Password and Verify Password fields. c. Your password is less than six characters long. 9. When all fields are entered correctly, you will receive a confirmation message. Click OK. 10. Enter your Login (see Step 5) in the User Name field located on the left menu. 11. Enter your new password in the Password field.
