He received his Masters in Teaching from Seattle University and a bachelors or two from the University ofWashington. Julie Forbes Author Julie Forbes moved to Seattle in 2001, from New England, and currently lives in Mt. Baker neighborhood with her two dogs, Chewy and Leia. In her scarce free time, you can find Julie eating in restaurants, walking her dogs in the Arboretum, sewing, cooking and watching football. She owns the company Sensitive Dog and is a dog behavior and nutrition specialist.
