Q Why should I drink the tea? A It’s not uncommon to experience occasional dips in your energy level when you’re losing weight. The tea is a great alternative to sugary snacks, soda, or coffee that may tempt you later in the day. Enjoy the tea hot or cold—it will help naturally boost your energy level. And it won’t add too many calories (each serving of tea has only five calories, while a mocha latte may contain more than a few hundred).

3-in-1 boost™
Q Can I take all my 3-in-1 Boost tablets at one time? A We don’t recommend it. It is best to take one tablet three times a day with your meals (Cinch shake, Meal-in-a-Bar, or prepared meals). Q Should I take the 3-in-1 Boost with food (Cinch shake or Meal-in-a-Bar)? A Yes. Ideally you should take one tablet along with your shakes and/or Meal-in-a-Bars and one with your prepared meal for a total of three tablets a day. Q Can I continue to take other Shaklee supplements while on the Cinch Plan? A Because of the great nutrition you’ll get when you combine two servings a day of the Cinch shake or Cinch® Meal-in-a-Bar and the 3-in-1 Boost, you do not need to take products such as Vita-Lea®, Vita-Lea Gold®, or Shaklee Vitalizer™. And because the ingredients in Glucose Regulation Complex* are included in the 3-in-1 Boost, you should not use GRC while on the Cinch Plan.

Q I don’t like everything on my meal plan. Can I substitute foods? A You can substitute foods of the same food group. For example, you can change from chicken to fish. For best results, don’t substitute from different food groups—like substituting bread for chicken. If you do, you will most likely change the ratios of protein, carbohydrate, and fat and, therefore, throw off your calorie levels.
