We loved their design and were excited to have the opportunity to work with them on such an expansive project.” The project included extensive preconstruction consultation related to choosing and procuring materials that qualify for LEED credits, he continues. “We also assisted with the detailed technical aspects of the wall paneling and overall layout of the multi-purpose room.” “Mark Richey associates were helpful in determining the best and most efficient ways and materials to achieve the design goals of the architect and owner,” says Ukstins. “They were a great help in guiding the architectural team in choosing environmentally sensitive wood.” The architectural woodwork firm was truly a partner on this project, adds Rivera. “We found that they shared, and in fact enhanced, the project team’s commitment to quality. They worked to understand our design objectives and to find better ways to achieve those goals.” As well as being environmentally friendly, the building’s environment is conducive to employee well-being, increases productivity and therefore improves the quality of customer service.
