It allows the members to exercise skills that are necessary to reach those executive levels. Each competition sponsor submits a request for proposal (RFP) outlining a business need. Acting as potential vendors, professional contestants prepare a respective business proposal. The sponsors select a winner based on the business proposal, vendor meetings and presentation of each professional team. The winning proposal in each category will be awarded $10,000.
