He joined us 25 years ago fresh out of grad school, and he’s still learning and applying new skills. The research he did on his Ph.D. at UCLA was in line with his first project on the Defense Meteorology Satellite Program that transitioned into the National Polar-Orbiting Operational Environmental Satellite System.
