Industrial PartnerSHPE Council (Fiscal year ending June 30, 2008) The Industrial PartnerSHPE Council (IPC) is a prestigious group of companies which recognizes SHPE as the leading sociotechnical organization that can assist in providing the needed Hispanic engineers and scientists for the 21st century. IPC members currently contribute $30,000 annually and meet three times a year.
