Shane Zodrow has been promoted from survey office technician to project surveyor/engineer. He has also received his certification as a registered land surveyor in the state of Wisconsin. I Kleinfelder is proud to announce that William C. (Bill) Siegel, PE, is the company’s new chief executive officerelect. Siegel will take over for Kleinfelder’s current CEO, Gerry Salontai, PE, in April 2009. I Topcon Positioning Systems announced that Dave Henderson is the company’s new GIS national sales manager. Henderson is responsible for GIS sales activities for Topcon’s GIS dealer network in the United States and Canada. The money is for Worcester-area development tracts in Oxford and Spencer, Massachusetts. The development firm is pursuing LEED certification and state of the art modular construction techniques.
