Is there anything simple out there? What I’d like to do is, say that for some code I expect n number of defects to be raised. If I get less than n, then the code is better than expected; if I get more, it’s worse. Is there anything simple out there to get this figure? I’ve seen techniques based on lines of code, which I don’t think I’d be able to get from our developers. Posted by: mjones3137 2] UML Extension for Business Modeling by Bill Curtis www.stickyMinds.com/10-2top2 I was hired to improve the quality process. As my company is ISO certified, all the work performed should be done according to ISO procedures. I don’t know where to start or what to do. Please do advise. 3] Posted by: uktest the Neglected Practice of iteration by Jeff Patton www.stickyMinds.com/10-2top3 After careful consideration of the overall objective of Impact Analysis coupled in the realm of CCM, I find myself asking a few questions that need some definitive answers. I have some thoughts on these, which I suspect is close to the mark, but I was hoping to hear from the StickyMinds.com forum before cementing these in stone. Fellow quality professionals, consider these and provide your feedback. 4] catch them doing it right by Steven M. Smith www.stickyMinds.com/10-2top4 1) Is it possible to accurately assess impact without having some form of a stated requirement? If so, please provide an example. 2) It would seem that risk analysis is geared toward defining the unknown, so requirements are not necessarily needed, but can be used. But, can risks be accurately quantified if they are only theory?
