Suffolk University Global MBA brochure - (Page 5) The Global Travel Seminar All Global MBAs participate in a one-week overseas travel seminar, choosing one destination from among five countries. Seminars include three pre-travel sessions on campus in Boston which provide perspective on regional economic, cultural, political and legal issues and their impact on global business. Students are then immersed in the host country’s culture during their week abroad, touring multinational corporations and local businesses, interacting with business leaders and top-level policy makers. 2008-09 seminars include travel to China, England, Germany, India, and Viet Nam. Given the demands of the workplace, part-time students decide the term and year to complete their global travel seminar. Visit www.suffolk.edu/business/globalseminars for more information.
