Regina O’Neill (PhD, University of Michigan), Associate Professor of Management, serves on the Human Capital Institute’s Advisory Board, a think-tank for innovative ideas in talent acquisition and human capital management. O’Neill created and holds patents for the content and technology of several web-based individual and organizational assessment tools used at the corporate and university level for leadership development initiatives. An active international consultant in career development, team building and leadership, her client list includes JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, PBS, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Deutsche Bank. Every entering Suffolk MBA gains from O’Neill’s experience as she leads the Effective Career Planning course. Michael Behnam (PhD, Goethe University, Germany), Associate Professor of Management, is Founder of Behnam & Gilbert Consulting Company, and Board Member of The Galileo Consulting Group. He has presented his research across continents. Areas of expertise include strategic management, ethical conflicts of multinational companies, and global strategy. Behnam leads the one week Business in Germany Global Travel Seminar. “There is no better way to learn about the global economy than to experience it first hand.
