Milk St. When Toshio Soto left Japan for the Suffolk MBA, he left his job as senior manager at the Yamada CPA Firm. A Graduate Fellow in Suffolk’s accounting department, he mentored undergraduates in accounting and finance. Soto added Suffolk’s MS in Taxation to his MBA, taking advantage of the joint degree option. Returning to Japan, Soto was offered the CEO position at a Yamada spin-off firm. Today he is president of the Owner Management Research Institute, part of the TFP Consulting Group. His thriving business provides financial consulting and asset management for owner-management companies; and economic research and policy proposals to regulators and governments.
