Use electives to: • Gain advanced business skills in particular areas • Develop a new expertise • Position yourself for promotion • Prepare to re-enter the job market Select from among 100+ electives in such diverse areas as accounting, business law, entrepreneurship, finance, health administration, information systems, international business, marketing, nonprofit management, organizational behavior, strategic management, and taxation. MBAs with a high degree of interest in international business have the option of taking electives in international finance and international marketing in the specialized Global MBA Program. 3 31 - 55 *Core Course Waiver Policy MBA core courses may be waived with appropriate courses taken at the undergraduate or graduate level, with an earned grade of B or better, taken in the five years prior to entering the Suffolk MBA, thus decreasing the number of courses needed and shortening the length of the program. 6
