Semesters—fall and spring, with some courses available in the summer 18–24 months (Full-time) 30–42 months (Part-time) 49 credits (a mix of 1, 1.5, and 3 credit courses) Optional one-week Global Travel Seminar Entry Points Applicant’s mba/health (full- or part-time) September, January, and May Preferred minimum work experience: 1 year (average 3–5 years) Applicant is successful at the department level and/or in a functional area or manages a department Applicant wants to explore career options different from their current functional area or industry, or advance in current industry Program Emphasis The MBA/Health Program prepares leaders and managers who want to focus on core aspects of business—such as finance, accounting, marketing, information systems, and strategic management—for roles in the healthcare industry, including healthcare delivery, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical devices companies. MBA/Health students enhance their business skills while gaining specific insight into the requirements for success in the healthcare industry nationally and internationally.
