Last year, graduate business students were awarded more than $10 million in aid in the form of grants, loans, employment programs, and fellowships. Based on academic merit, these awards provide grant funding; and most require a work component—assisting a faculty member eight to 16 hours a week. Students interested in these awards are urged to apply early, since review of candidates begins April 1. International students must have F-1 or J-1 visa status to be eligible for fellowship awards or employment programs. timetable to apply for financial aid By March 15—Submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). By March 15—Submit an application for admission to the Suffolk University Office of Graduate Admission. By April 1—Submit a graduate financial aid application to the Suffolk University Office of Financial Aid.
