A changing world: new opportunities for women engineers and scientists ICWES Conferences are the headlight events of the International Network of Women Engineers and Scientists (INWES). Every three years, engineers and scientists gather from all over the world, enjoying the opportunity to exchange information on their work and environment. The conference content includes scientific and technical presentations as well as sessions on gender and methods to improve the position of women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
