Palmer Legends executive chef Jeff Gallo is giving readers the tools to create a classic steakhouse meal.
Out on the golf course at Palmer Legends, Villagers are enjoying their game of golf, working up an appetite. Inside, Palmer Legends Country Club restaurant executive chef Jeff Gallo is creating mouth-watering entrees to satisfy a Villager’s hunger for a great meal. The restaurant has developed a following by serving consistently fantastic food that keeps Villagers wanting more. “(Palmer Legends restaurant) is close to our neighborhood. When we came down to visit, we came here and loved the people who work here (at Palmer). The food is always good and the drinks are excellent. We love it here; we are regulars,” said Cheryl Mearhoof of the Village of Ashland. Palmer Legends restaurant specializes in hand-cut steaks and fresh seafood. “We are a classic steakhouse that is proud to serve the best in quality food and drink to Villagers. We are lucky that we also work on the best golf course in The Villages,” Gallo said. With a beautiful, outdoor patio, and a classic steakhouse atmosphere inside, hungry patrons flock to the restaurant with the legendary name knowing they will be served a good meal. “It’s the best place to come in The Villages,” said Mary Lou Novak of the Village of Palo Alto.
