Orange BlOssOm Hills Fish and Chips spiced Apple Cafe IngredIents For 2 IngredIents For 2 For beer batter: 4 eggs; 1/2 cup allpurpose flour; 16 ounces buttermilk; 1 teaspoon kosher salt; 1/4 teaspoon tableground pepper; 8 ounces Guinness beer 2 ounces Crown Royal Apple Whiskey; whipped cream; 2 ounces Chila Orchata; 2 teaspoons sugar; 10 ounces fresh brewed coffee; 1 teaspoon nutmeg; 1 teaspoon cinnamon; 2 cinnamon sticks For breading: 1 cup of seasoned flour (your local store will carry seasoned flour for fish breading); 12 ounces of white fish loins, cut into 4-ounce portions dIreCtIons 1. Heat oil in a deep fryer (outdoors if you are at home) to 350 degrees. 2. Dredge your fish of choice (we use Pollock) through seasoned flour or fish breading of your choice. 3. Once the fish is fully dredged in the seasoned flour, dip the fish in the beer batter, making sure it is completely covered. 4. Take the coated fish and with tongs, carefully dip them into the fryer basket and cook until golden brown and the fish is a minimum of 145 degrees internally. 5. Enjoy with french fries, coleslaw and tartar sauce. dIreCtIons 1. Add 1 ounce of Crown Royal Apple Whiskey and 1 ounce of Chila Orchata to each coffee cup. 2. Fill cups with freshly brewed coffee, about 5 ounces each. 3. Stir and top with whipped topping. 4. Sprinkle whipped topping with nutmeg, cinnamon and sugar. 5. Add cinnamon sticks for garnish.
