Fenney Grill Nut Berry Salad White cosmo INgredIeNtS for 2 INgredIeNtS for 2 5 cups spring mix salad; 1/2 cup pecans; 1/2 cup fresh blueberries; 1/2 cup feta cheese; 20 grape tomatoes; 1/2 red onion; 2 chicken breasts, cooked; dressing of choice 3 ounces Tito's Vodka; 3 ounces Cointreau; 1 ounce fresh lime juice; 1.5 ounces Ocean Spray white cranberry juice; Orange slice dIrectIoNS 1. Grill and season your chicken to taste, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. 2. Place 2.5 cups of spring mix on each plate. 3. Divide pecans, blueberries and feta and sprinkle on each salad. 4. Arrange tomatoes on top of salad. 5. Julienne red onion and arrange on plates. 6.
