Mallory Hill Blackened Chicken, Spinach and Apple Salad Peach Martini IngredIentS for 2 3 ounces vodka; 6 ounces peach juice; 1/3 ounces triple sec; peach slice 2 6-ounce chicken breasts; 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning; 1 ounce olive oil; 6 ounces fresh spinach; 2 ounces blue cheese crumbles; 2 ounces chopped walnuts; 2 Granny Smith apples; 12 strawberries, sliced; 12 grapes for garnish; 6 ounces strawberry walnut dressing IngredIentS for 2 dIreCtIonS 1. Shake liquid ingredients over ice. 2. Strain into martini glass. 3. Garnish with fresh peach slice. dIreCtIonS 1. Coat chicken breasts with blackening seasoning. 2. Preheat an iron skillet until hot before adding oil. 3. Cook chicken on each side for 2-3 minutes. 4. Divide fresh spinach onto plates. 5. Add sliced chicken breasts. 6.
