One, a Digital Graphical Replay, allows users to replay screens based on logged historical data. Events can be replayed in real time, slow motion, or fast forward to analyze systems leading up to alarms or to troubleshoot and optimize applications. Another new feature, the Screen Navigation bar, lets users configure new screens by dragging-and-dropping screens into a hierarchy for building a task bar menu that includes color-coding and other options for locating screens quickly. Also, an Application Development system allows development changes to be propagated automatically to all viewers of the system. Other key updates to CIMPLICITY 7.5 include an advanced viewer that lets users visualize data captured by the server with an option to capture data directly from OPC DA servers locally or on the network. Windows domain security allows the assignment of roles and resources in CIMPLICITY based on Windows groups. And historian integration enhancements let users log alarm data to the historian, adding to data already there. www.managingautomation.com/GEFanuc3 PILGRIM SOFTWARE, INC.
