The SSG Series can perform in environments up to 131˚ F and features a display showing its operating state and programming and power parameters. Batteries can be swapped in and out by way of frontpanel slide-out packs, and a built-in alarm notifies users of a depleted battery. Alternatively, the SSG Series can be operated without batteries for use as a power conditioner or frequency converter. The SSG comes in three models, ranging in price from $1,390 to $2,989. It works in concert with Falcon’s UPSilon Power Management Software, which lets users monitor the performance of the UPS. Both products are available now. This allows the suite to render third-party 3D components and use them in large-scale assemblies. The 3.0 version also includes a new SMART Edit feature that allows for auto- GE FANUC mated associative circle placement and editing.
