Diamond Valley Lake
At 260 billion gallons, this lake in Hemet is one of the largest man-made reservoirs in SoCal. And
under its glassy surface, it's rife with sea life. Fishermen come to bait schools of bass, redear
sunfish, rainbow trout, and catfish. While fishing boats are available for rent, you don't
have to be an angler to visit. Rent a pontoon boat for a relaxing day in the sun with
the region's rolling hills as your backdrop. Swimming is prohibited, but you can take
